Accounts Receivable & Treasury Manager (Finance)

Location: Redmond, Washington, under a hybrid work model; local candidates authorized to work in the US are required.

Salary: $96,800–$145,300 annual base salary, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee accounts receivable processes, resolve escalated cases, issue ad hoc invoices, and drive collections.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and manage month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain sales tax exemption certificates in Avalara and collaborate with sales and other departments to streamline financial processes.
• Manage cash flow, forecasts, bank account funding, banking access controls, and cash transaction posting.
• Manage multi-currency transactions and perform foreign exchange analysis for local entities.
• Mentor, train, and supervise one AR direct report while contributing to finance projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in accounts receivable, treasury, cash management, or related finance roles.
• 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, forecasting, banking operations, collections, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and banking platforms.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to identify financial trends and variances.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; US work authorization without visa sponsorship is required.
