Senior Manager - Treasury (Cash Management & Safeguarding (UK))

Location: London, hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own safeguarding compliance for hirify.global’s UK regulated entities across e-money and payment services under the EMRs 2011, PSRs 2017, and CASS15.
• Run safeguarding reconciliations, checker controls, four-eyes reviews, audit trails, and incident investigations.
• Own FCA safeguarding reporting and chair the UK Safeguarding Committee, producing governance information for boards and senior management.
• Make UK cash-management decisions covering fund diversification, liquidity, permissible investments, and interest optimisation.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, Sales, Network Management, and Payments on controls, banking relationships, and product launches.
• Drive automation of reconciliation and safeguarding processes to reduce manual effort and operational risk.

Requirements

• Strong fintech, e-money, and CASS-regulated environment experience, with knowledge of CASS15, EMRs 2011, and PSRs 2017.
• Solid treasury and cash-management experience, including ownership of operational decisions.
• Experience with reconciliations, four-eyes/checker controls, and operational risk management.
• Strong analytical and controls mindset, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-changing regulatory environment.
• Experience using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to analyse reconciliation and safeguarding data and support automation.
• Clear communication skills for representing safeguarding matters to committees, Compliance, senior management, and the FCA.
