Senior Treasury Specialist (Robotics)

Location: On-site at the Waltham, Massachusetts office; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Salary: $102,000–$135,000 annually, plus an annual bonus structure.

What you will do

• Oversee and provide technical guidance on the company’s daily liquidity position.
• Prepare and present liquidity risk reports, metrics, and dashboards for senior management, risk committees, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement funding and liquidity risk management strategies aligned with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Build, measure, and refine liquidity risk models and stress-testing frameworks for cash flows, funding needs, and liquidity buffer adequacy.
• Manage a low-risk asset portfolio, monitor intraday liquidity, and ensure payment and settlement obligations are met.
• Support monthly close activities, treasury accounting, firm banking integrations, and SOX 404-compliant controls over cash disbursements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive treasury experience, preferably at a public company.
• Experience with firm banking, FX risk hedging, and investment portfolio management is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. work eligibility is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• CFA, FRM, or CTP professional designation.
• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
