Treasury Manager (Crypto)

Location: United States, with the salary range specified for positions based in Illinois; hybrid in-office collaboration of 10+ days per month may be determined by managers and teams.

Annual base salary for positions based in Illinois: $144,000–$180,000 USD, excluding equity, bonuses, and other additional compensation.

What you will do

• Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions, including payroll, tax, bank fees, treasury payments, and crypto-based corporate payments.
• Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, grants, intercompany settlements, and liquidity for wallet and funding obligations.
• Oversee daily cash operations, bank reconciliations, account configurations, bank feeds, credentials, and centralized bank data.
• Perform global bank and exchange account management, including account opening and closing, KYC, signatory updates, FBAR reporting, and user access management.
• Execute stablecoin RLUSD treasury operations, support OTC trading, and manage digital asset funding activities.
• Support audits, compliance, bank fee and yield reviews, Letter of Credit processing, GTreasury implementation, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury operations, preferably in a high-growth startup or multinational environment.
• Expertise in domestic, cross-border, foreign exchange, and digital asset payments.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, with experience using or implementing a SaaS treasury management system such as GTreasury or Kyriba.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Proven self-direction, proactivity, organization, and ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CTP certification.
• Experience with GTreasury or Kyriba.
