Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Based in the Los Angeles office, California

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 annual base salary plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own the operating model and rolling financial forecasts.
• Manage daily cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Support capital markets and treasury activities.
• Apply AI and data-driven analysis to improve financial decision making.
• Partner with Engineering, Product & Design, Sales, Operations, and executive leadership on strategic finance.

Requirements

• Experience across capital markets and hands-on operating environments.
• Strong analytical rigor and sound business judgment.
• Ability to operate as a strategic finance partner to business leaders.
• Ability to work from the Los Angeles office
