Global Banking & Markets Private - Classic, Cross Markets, Chicago, Analyst

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; onsite at the Chicago office

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support M&A, financing, and other corporate finance solutions for corporate clients and sponsor portfolio companies.
• Participate in deal execution across multiple products and industry sectors.
• Build and maintain financial models, industry and company presentations, benchmarking materials, and process documents.
• Work with founders, financial sponsors, executives, and internal team members to deliver advice and transaction execution.
• Develop coverage of clients across Consumer Retail, Industrials, TMT, Healthcare, Natural Resources, Real Estate, and Financial Institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous investment banking internship experience.
• Experience with financial modeling, presentations, benchmarking materials, and process documentation.
• Interest in Consumer Retail and Industrials.
• Strong communication, presentation, teamwork, attention to detail, initiative, and relationship-building skills.
