What you will do

• Lead the origination and execution of interest rate and FX hedging solutions for public and private corporations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, utilizing expertise in corporate finance and derivatives to structure complex hedges.
• Oversee the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, from initial pitch and quantitative modeling to pricing and execution.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Classic Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets, Trading, and Credit desks.
• Propose and execute innovative strategies to optimize and manage clients' existing hedge portfolios.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Analysts and Associates on the desk.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in corporate derivatives, capital markets, or investment banking.
• Proven track record of executing interest rate and FX risk management transactions.
• Advanced understanding of derivative pricing models, corporate finance theory, and financial statement analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to C-suite executives.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or quantitative master's degree preferred).
• Must be based in New York, NY
