Capital Markets Senior Associate - Structuring/Originations (F) (Asset-Backed Finance)

Location: New York, NY; in-office position

Base salary: $103,500–$172,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Perform complex financial analyses, financial modeling, research, and industry and company analysis.
• Support the origination, structuring, and execution of capital markets transactions.
• Lead due diligence, document processing, reporting, and supporting documentation for transactions and client relationships.
• Develop pitches, memorandums, new initiatives, and transaction materials with senior team members.
• Provide client relationship support and coach Analysts and Associates.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of capital markets products, clients, industries, regulations, and internal tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with financial analysis, financial statement analysis, corporate finance, and structuring.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, communication, accuracy, and prioritization skills.
• Asset Backed Finance SIE, Series 7, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses must be obtained within 180 days of employment.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• ABS or securitization experience.
• Fund Finance experience.
• PowerPoint and presentation experience.
