Collections Team Lead (Finance)

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; onsite

hirify.global is hiring for a finance operations leadership role focused on collections performance and customer payment processes.

What you will do

• Coordinate the collections team and take responsibility for overall team metrics and performance.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members while providing feedback for training and performance reviews.
• Lead escalation reviews, account reviews, and discussions with collectors and internal or external partners.
• Help collectors understand customer business models, identify payment-process challenges, and accelerate cash flow.
• Act as the manager’s operational backup and frontline contact for team-related issues.
• Ensure effective use of collections systems, processes, communications, and partner contact networks.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to onboard and develop people.
• Experience with collections processes and operational issue resolution.
• Ability to improve performance through execution and innovation.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to anticipate and define changes.
