Receivables Support Representative (Collections, Billing & Accounts Receivable)

Location: Remote from Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Jamaica; U.S. business hours required

hirify.global is hiring on behalf of a client for a remote receivables and collections support role.

What you will do

• Conduct daily outbound collections by phone and email for past-due invoices and outstanding balances.
• Secure payments, document payment commitments, monitor aging accounts, and maintain structured follow-up schedules.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies, account setup issues, and system-related billing errors.
• Open, update, document, and close receivables cases in Salesforce.
• Communicate payment status and billing resolutions clearly while maintaining professional customer relationships.
• Identify recurring issues, flag escalations, and recommend improvements to collections and billing workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing support, payment recovery, or customer account management.
• Experience handling past-due accounts, outbound collection calls, and customer payment follow-ups.
• CRM experience; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours while managing a high volume of accounts and cases.

• Experience reducing aging balances or delinquency.
• Experience improving cash-flow collection processes or driving auto-pay enrollment.
• Familiarity with root-cause analysis and process improvement.
• Experience with U.S.-based customers or businesses.
• Experience collaborating with finance, billing, operations, or customer service teams.
