Customer Service Invoicing Specialist (SAP)

Location: Remote in Mexico; Mexico City

What you will do

• Execute and oversee the end-to-end billing cycle.
• Ensure accurate revenue capture and recording in the SAP ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing, order management, and daily operations.
• Ensure invoices comply with SAT requirements, CFDI 4.0, payment complements, and internal policies.
• Monitor billing metrics, prepare regular reports, and propose process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, SAT compliance, and CFDI 4.0 invoicing requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience with REPSE.
