Data Steward, Master Data Management, Supply Chain (SAP)

Location: Onsite in the Santa Clara, California office

Annual base salary: $138,000–$207,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end creation, maintenance, enrichment, and change control of supply chain master data for items, products, bills of materials, sourcing, and logistics.
• Monitor master data movement across integrated platforms and handle validation exceptions, remediation, and data synchronization issues.
• Coordinate with external Contract Manufacturers to validate shared data structures for manufacturing and supply execution.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to implement naming conventions, approval workflows, business rules, audits, and data governance metrics.

Requirements

• Experience with master data governance, operational controls, data validation, and lifecycle management in a structured corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes across sourcing, planning, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and enterprise systems, including data flows across connected global applications.
• Structured problem-solving skills for complex data exceptions and strong attention to data integrity.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration with business data owners and IT.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara office, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
