Master Data Integrity Senior Technical Specialist (GIS/SAP)

Location: Pomona, California, US; hybrid work with required reporting to an SCE facility for a set number of days. Employees are generally required to work and reside in California. Relocation does not apply.

Salary: $101,900–$152,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead data remediation initiatives for transmission and distribution assets, including analysis, quality control, and asset updates.
• Analyze, validate, and correct high-priority asset data in source systems such as SAP.
• Create scripts, tools, models, procedures, and GIS solutions to improve data flow, mapping standards, operational efficiency, and data quality.
• Use geospatial software to process, analyze, and model data, and produce business, presentation, public-use, and ad hoc maps.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve complex GIS and systemic data issues and assess impacts on business activities.
• Provide functional guidance, mentoring, and training while supporting data quality standards and information security.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in GIS and/or data analysis.
• Experience analyzing large datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience with systems of record such as SAP, SCEGeoview, ArcGIS, or MDG.
• Proficiency navigating and identifying key information within SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must work and reside in California unless otherwise noted.
