Supervisor - Data Governance

Location: Remote within the United States; listed location: Northbrook, Illinois, with an office address in Glenview, Illinois.

Salary: $89,928–$121,403 annually.

What you will do

• Oversee the supplier data governance team and understand end-to-end data process flows.
• Set team goals, manage execution, measure results, and report data quality metrics.
• Manage data lineage for key master data attributes and address data quality issues.
• Support master data initiatives, cross-functional assignments, special projects, and process improvements.
• Work with Accounts Payable to identify gaps and improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain training materials for data custodians and business data creators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data domains and business operations.
• At least 2 years of experience with master data management and data tools.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with finance functions, specifically Accounts Payable.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Four years of experience in data domain and business operations or master data management.
• Two years of supervisory or Accounts Payable experience.
• Knowledge of project planning.
