What you will do

• Lead business transformation initiatives by leveraging data as a strategic asset.
• Define and execute the data governance strategy to ensure data quality and governance.
• Drive innovation in data operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Bridge business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
• Apply master data management expertise for ERP systems and supply chain processes to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership to the data governance team and report regularly to senior management on governance, performance, and transformation progress.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data operations and data management in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Management, or Business); Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
• Proven expertise in data quality tools and methodologies.
• Advanced understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
• Ability to develop, define, and execute operational processes.

• Annual salary range for US-located roles: $172,410.00–$338,110.00 USD.
