Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

hirify.global is developing a robotics platform that combines dexterous hardware, real-time control systems, software, and data collection for fleet deployment.

What you will do

• Own the integrated master program plan across hardware, software, and data collection, including milestones, dependencies, and critical-path items.
• Identify cross-functional risks, drive resolution, and lead structured program reviews with the founder and functional leads.
• Manage electromechanical development programs, including part ownership, supplier lead times, sourcing strategies, and DVT/EVT cycles.
• Define hardware-software integration checkpoints, readiness criteria, ownership, and escalation paths.
• Build dependency-mapped roadmaps covering hardware readiness, data collection launches, model deployment, and fleet scale targets.
• Coordinate hardware, software/ML, and data operations teams to maintain delivery velocity and prevent unresolved dependencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience, including ownership of integrated hardware-software systems at a senior individual-contributor level.
• Experience managing complex electromechanical programs from early prototype through production or scaled deployment.
• Strong knowledge of hardware lead times, supplier management, and the effects of physical iteration cycles on software and data timelines.
• Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, automotive, semiconductor systems, or adjacent deep-tech hardware industries.
• Technical depth sufficient to work directly with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
• Ability to create structure from ambiguity, own outcomes end to end, and operate with urgency without adding unnecessary process.
