Salary: $103,500–$191,900 per year

What you will do

• Own and manage engineering programs through on-time product release.
• Align business, product, engineering, and development stakeholders on scope and solution delivery.
• Manage project budgets, including target and actual costs.
• Build robust program plans and align resources for execution.
• Implement and improve Agile development processes and tools.
• Improve product quality, program cycle time, and development costs while resolving resource conflicts and coordinating vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management or engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another engineering discipline.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Experience with product development and complex engineering releases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience acting as a change agent and positive organizational influence.
