Engineering Program Manager (Storage/PCIe/Ethernet)

Location: USA-GA-Duluth-River Green Parkway

Annual base salary: USD 109,700–175,500

What you will do

• Lead and manage delivery of complex storage, PCIe switching, and Ethernet NIC solutions.
• Plan program budgets, structures, schedules, and staffing requirements.
• Manage customer requirements while applying standardized methodologies and processes.
• Coordinate customer managers, project managers, architecture, silicon design, board development, and software R&D teams.
• Resolve complex business and technical challenges using people, processes, and technology.
• Manage multiple large and small projects simultaneously and drive cross-departmental execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years in program and/or project management leadership roles.
• BSEE or BSCE degree required.
• Experience managing project budgets and profit and loss.
• Experience working with customers and cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong process planning, design, implementation, communication, interpersonal, customer service, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and quickly understand system and technology dependencies.
