Program Manager (New Product Introduction)

Location: Hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in Zebra's Lincolnshire, Illinois or Holtsville, New York office, with 2 remote days in the US

Salary: $108,960–$163,440 annual base pay, plus a target annual cash incentive of 12% of base pay

What you will do

• Support early-stage go-to-market activities and product transitions to marketing.
• Build and maintain project plans for moderate-to-significant scope initiatives, including schedules, budgets, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, service, support, marketing, and operations.
• Monitor delivery progress, consolidate status updates, and present concise reports to senior management.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, obstacles, and escalations to protect program objectives.
• Lead multiple limited-to-moderate scope projects or oversee part of a larger program, while coaching junior program managers when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a STEM degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of program management experience.
• Knowledge of program management techniques, PMI PMBOK concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical business units such as hardware, software, or services.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, delegation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; PMP certification is preferred.
