Sr. Program Manager

Location: Hybrid role requiring regular reporting to the Somerset, New Jersey office; travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events is required, including approximately 10% travel.

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 annual base salary, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage IT programs across departments in support of organizational goals.
• Lead initiatives covering project delivery, resource management, process optimization, and program improvement.
• Serve as the primary escalation contact and resolve complex project delivery issues.
• Develop communication strategies that align stakeholders with program objectives and practices.
• Measure program performance, implement improvement plans, and maintain performance metrics.
• Mentor program team members and collaborate with peer teams to apply best practices in Managed Services programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 7 years of experience in project or program management.
• Expert proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum project management frameworks.
• Expert ability to lead organizational change, communicate complex problems, and align stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis from the Somerset, New Jersey office and travel approximately 10%.
