Financial Services Representative

Location: Richmond, BC, Canada; full-time on-site work at the Richmond-No. 1 Road & Francis banking centre. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions covering cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with relevant specialists, products, services, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first mindset, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel to multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
