Sales - Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Workflow Specialist (Biopharmaceutical)

Location: Remote within the United States, with the listed location in Boston, Massachusetts

Salary: $125,190–$208,650 per year, plus bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Generate and lead sales across assigned accounts, territories, or industries.
• Identify and recruit strategic partners and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Promote chromatography, mass spectrometry, and related laboratory solutions to new and existing customers.
• Develop lead-generation strategies and communicate new product introductions.
• Understand customer needs, determine solutions, and build business opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of validated experience and the ability to work independently.
• Solid understanding of laboratory workflows and systems, particularly in the biopharmaceutical market.
• Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Availability for approximately 25% travel.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LC/MS.
• Experience with small- and large-molecule separation.
