Sales - Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Workflow Specialist

Location: Remote within the United States, Boston city limits; 25% travel required.

Salary: $125,190–$208,650 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Generate and lead sales for assigned accounts, territories, or industries, including identifying and recruiting strategic partners.
• Promote products and solutions to new and existing customers and communicate new product introductions.
• Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to support customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Understand customer needs, determine suitable solutions, and build business opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects, solve problems, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of validated experience and the ability to work independently.
• Solid understanding of laboratory workflows and systems, particularly in the biopharmaceutical market.
• Confirmed problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LC/MS and small- and large-molecule separation.
