Product Manager - Manufacturing Orchestration and Observability (AI Robotics)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; domestic and Asia travel required approximately 10–15% of the time.

Base salary: $163,200–$223,040 per year, plus 15% bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the strategic vision for orchestrating future electronics factories and their automation systems.
• Translate the product vision into a comprehensive development roadmap.
• Scope requirements through partner interactions and collaborate with product managers and engineering teams on execution.
• Drive the evolution of the hirify.global Platform for dynamically orchestrated factory environments.
• Identify customer needs and deliver differentiated software capabilities for manufacturing automation.
• Define and drive data strategy, governance, observability, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven success as a software product manager in manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of production planning, MES, ERP, or automation and industrial fleet management systems.
• Understanding of optimization, data observability, orchestration, resource management, and visualization.
• Experience delivering modular, scalable software products for cloud or cloud-edge systems.
• Strong communication, customer value discovery, systems thinking, and roadmap development skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, MS, or PhD in Engineering.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing practices.
• Product management experience with automation fleet management tools.
• Experience leading projects with significant research and development components.
