Product Manager (Robotics)

Location: New York City, NY; on-site

Salary: $160,000–$225,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own product discovery, strategy, and delivery for a core area of the robotics platform.
• Research customer problems by speaking with users, visiting sites, reading manuals, and understanding real-world robot usage.
• Define product requirements and write clear specifications for engineering teams.
• Design and refine UX, interaction flows, and functional behavior across the product system.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to prototype, validate assumptions, and reduce delivery risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, design, engineering, or a similarly hands-on role.
• Experience building and shipping products.
• Ability to analyze customer problems and turn ambiguity into structured decisions.
• Strong design sense and attention to product craft.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in industrial automation, AI, or robotics.
