Product Manager – Supply Chain

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and champion the roadmap for supply chain, procurement, inventory, and traceability capabilities.
• Partner with supply chain, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and factory teams to identify bottlenecks and design software solutions.
• Translate complex manufacturing workflows into technical specifications, wireframes, and functional prototypes.
• Own features from customer research and requirements gathering through delivery, launch, and post-release iteration.
• Conduct field research, prototyping, and user acceptance testing with factory and supply chain users.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver measurable customer value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory or WMS logic, bills of materials, traceability, and vendor management.
• Comfort with APIs, databases, data structures, data queries, and functional prototypes; willingness to contribute code when needed.
• Ability to map complex multi-party workflows and communicate effectively with factory specialists, supply chain leaders, and software engineers.
• Experience taking product features from research and requirements through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, MES, PLM, inventory, or procurement software such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Practical experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or SQL, or a Software or Industrial Engineering background.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for prototyping, specification drafting, or data analysis.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, energy, robotics, or other advanced hardware manufacturing sectors.
