Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY, five days per week, Monday–Friday

Base salary: $180,000–$230,000 annually, plus equity in the form of stock options.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for scheduling and forecasting, the core of the workforce management product.
• Work directly with support operations leaders and prospects on discovery, co-building, and product vision.
• Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to represent customer needs and support go-to-market efforts.
• Apply AI to automate and improve high-stakes, repetitive workforce planning decisions.
• Build products for complex enterprise environments, including 24/7, multi-channel, and multi-site operations.
• Develop scheduling assistants, intelligent editing tools, shift-generation capabilities, and forecast review features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical and technical product skills, including the ability to evaluate data, technical details, and product tradeoffs.
• Experience working at a growing, venture-backed startup with evolving business needs and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer discovery, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-first mindset, bias to action, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; employment eligibility is verified through Form I-9 and E-Verify.

• Experience building practical, customer-value-driven AI product features.
• Experience partnering with data science or ML teams to ship predictive optimization features.
