What you will do
- Build and optimize talent development systems, standards, processes, and talent supply chains aligned with company strategy.
- Analyze talent structures and plan development across levels, including talent profiles, career paths, training programs, and key talent reserves.
- Design and implement talent development activities and training programs, coordinating internal and external resources.
- Develop talent evaluation systems and assessment tools for talent reviews, promotions, competitions, and assessment centers.
- Support business departments and HRBPs with talent development expertise and standardized management practices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve talent capability development.
Requirements
- Experience in talent development, talent management, organizational development, or a related HR function.
- Ability to align talent planning and development systems with business strategy and HR planning.
- Experience designing training programs, career paths, talent profiles, and assessment tools.
- Capability to coordinate talent reviews, promotion assessments, assessment centers, and internal capability-building initiatives.
- Ability to provide professional support to business departments and HRBPs.
