Financial Services Representative (Contract)

Location: On-site full-time at Stonewall-356 Main St, Stonewall, Manitoba; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during evenings or weekends may be required.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and provide tailored financial guidance.
• Recommend solutions across cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, and networking.
• Connect clients with appropriate internal partners and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing, through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Ability to work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
