What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for global functional roles across Finance, HR, Administration, Legal, Marketing, and Procurement.
• Source and attract passive candidates in overseas markets through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, local job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct phone and video interviews in English and assess technical skills, language proficiency, cultural fit, and overall competencies.
• Partner with hiring managers in overseas business units to clarify requirements, provide recruitment guidance, and manage expectations.
• Maintain ATS data integrity, prepare recruitment reports, analyze key metrics, and improve recruitment processes.
• Provide a professional candidate experience and support a positive employer brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of recruiting experience, with overseas recruitment experience in EU or US markets preferred.
• Fluent English required for business conversations, interviews, and professional written communication.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and talent profiles for functional roles.
• Proficiency with mainstream recruitment channels, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and other overseas sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, ownership, self-motivation, and results-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational corporation or with international teams.
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
