Junior Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Coordinator (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Support sourcing, recruiting coordination, and Talent Acquisition administration.
• Research talent markets, map candidate pools, and build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, including availability, salary expectations, and general role fit.
• Create, publish, maintain, and optimize job postings and descriptions.
• Coordinate interviews, schedules, applications, reporting, and recruitment documentation.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and other HR stakeholders on projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Initial experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, Sourcing, or a related area.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, service-oriented working style.
• Initial experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, job boards, or professional networking platforms.
• Fluent English skills are required.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable Applicant Tracking System.
• Experience contributing to Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements, or employer branding initiatives.
