What you will do
- Provide desktop and server support for the PTC site's IT infrastructure.
- Handle Level 2 end-user support escalated from Level 1.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor systems with the onsite operations team.
- Manage incidents, escalate complex issues, and follow standard resolution procedures.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and inventory records.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience supporting Windows environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to work with colleagues across all organizational levels.

- Knowledge of Linux environments.
