Business Analyst, Marketplace (POP)

What you will do

• Analyze Marketplace (POP) performance and prepare business reviews, dashboards, and management reports.
• Monitor GMV, orders, revenue, merchant performance, conversion, fulfillment, and customer experience metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities and operational issues, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct merchant, assortment, pricing, promotion, and category analyses for commercial decisions.
• Build forecasting models and support annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and target tracking.
• Develop KPI frameworks, automate reporting, evaluate new initiatives, and present insights to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, strategy, marketplace operations, consulting, or e-commerce.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, or internet platforms is highly preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin is a plus.
