Senior Analyst - Digital Imaging Product Planning (Power BI)

What you will do

• Develop reporting solutions based on business requirements and hirify.global’s data architecture.
• Lead weekly and monthly management reporting, including executive summaries for senior stakeholders.
• Analyse market performance, sales achievement, business KPIs, and forecast accuracy.
• Review reports produced by other teams to ensure data quality and alignment with business requirements.
• Support internal and external teams with data, reporting, and tool-related queries.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities while managing ad hoc analytical requirements.

Requirements

• Experience as a disciplined business analyst with a strong understanding of business KPIs.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect analytical findings with business opportunities and risks.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and Power BI, including Power Query and DAX.
• Experience with organisational data architecture such as Databricks or SAP BW.
• Strong data visualisation, analytical, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple time-pressured analytical activities and lead people indirectly through projects.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis and manipulation tools.
