Focus on identifying process weaknesses, designing reporting solutions, and collaborating with BI developers and Product Managers to improve growth-team performance.

What you will do
- Generate regular reports on customer performance, metrics, order behavior, and engagement.
- Analyze product and process changes to assess their success and effectiveness.
- Identify growth opportunities based on demand, competitor activity, and operational performance.
- Detect operational and product weaknesses through testing and analysis, then recommend process improvements.
- Implement reporting requirements and support report automation with the BI team.
- Meet with stakeholders and Product Managers to define, specify, and implement reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, science, or engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, finance, consulting, analysis, or a BI environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills and intermediate SQL skills.
- Experience with a data visualization platform such as QlikView, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to identify process improvements.
- Ability to clearly verbalize and visualize findings and use logic to reach conclusions.
