Business Analyst (Off Roll)

hirify.global is a mobility asset finance company building technology-enabled vehicle ownership and fleet solutions in partnership with Uber.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain management information systems and operational reporting.
• Research assigned topics and conduct rigorous data analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Create data visualizations, presentations, and other executive communication materials.
• Review, interpret, and develop financial and business models.
• Support executive outreach and external relations.
• Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders, including management, board members, business partners, and government agencies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in analytics; candidates with less experience may be considered if they meet the other requirements.
• Background in business analysis and proven experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills and experience with database management; SQL is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Bachelor of Technology degree preferred, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and work independently or collaboratively.
