Junior Project Manager (6 Months Fixed-Term Contract)

What you will do

• Support planning, tracking, and follow-up for project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, status reports, Confluence pages, task boards, and action logs.
• Coordinate routine operational follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Collect, clean, and consolidate data to support analysis and decision-making.
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and stakeholder updates while escalating risks, blockers, and delays.
• Own well-defined tasks and lower-complexity sub-projects while developing toward greater autonomy.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, operations, or a related support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal English communication is required.
• Comfort with MS Office, Outlook, and standard collaboration tools.
• Proactive, reliable, eager to learn, and able to take direction while growing into greater autonomy.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Interest in operations, facilities, security, or asset management.
