Project Management Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Manage the project portfolio and align initiatives with strategic business objectives.
• Plan, monitor, and control projects to support on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, priorities, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and potential impacts.
• Prepare and present project portfolio status reports to senior leadership and management meetings.
• Drive project governance, methodology standardization, and continuous process improvement with Business and IT teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project and project portfolio management.
• Advanced knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies.
• Experience with project and portfolio governance.
• Hands-on experience with Monday, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, strategic decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Monday.com.
• Strong analytical mindset and strategic vision in a dynamic environment.
