What you will do

• Collect, consolidate, and synthesize corporate performance indicators.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions on performance data, root cause analyses, and recommendations.
• Support decision-making through structured performance management.
• Identify and define improvement projects to achieve target performance levels.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or diploma in business administration, economics, international management, or project management.
• More than 3 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent German at C1+ level required.
• Business English at B1+ level required.
• Strong communication skills, a prudent and service-oriented working style, and a team-oriented approach.
