What you will do

• Design and implement the collections workflow from the ground up.
• Develop clear, compliant call scripts and objection-handling guides.
• Train and manage the collections team.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct call reviews, and provide actionable coaching.
• Ensure all collection activities follow internal policies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in collections and 6+ months of leadership experience.
• Experience building collection processes and writing effective scripts from scratch.
• Strong understanding of banking products and financial regulations.
• Strong spoken and written English and Urdu are required.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and auto-dialer systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a professional noise-canceling headset, personal equipment, and a quiet dedicated workspace.
