What you will do
- Own collections performance and strategy execution across assigned UAE portfolios.
- Coordinate external UAE collection agencies, including reporting, communication governance, onboarding, and business reviews.
- Monitor recovery, operational, productivity, quality, and compliance KPIs against agreed SLAs.
- Validate agency data and resolve reporting discrepancies, data gaps, and delayed submissions.
- Audit collection activities and call recordings for compliance with CBUAE regulations, internal policies, and customer treatment standards.
- Prepare performance and compliance reports, provide corrective recommendations, and partner with Operations, Product, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or graduate qualification in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in collections, operations, or risk management.
- Experience working with collection agencies or fintech companies in the UAE, GCC, or MENA is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on Excel proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
