Strategy Lead (Aerospace)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, excluding North Dakota, Vermont, and Rhode Island; candidates must reside on the West Coast and align with the Pacific time zone. Occasional travel is required, with 15–25% travel expected based on business needs.

Salary: $150,500–$237,500 annually. For specific locations in San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area: $187,000–$280,000 annually.

What you will do

• Advise business leaders on market shifts, competitor movements, business positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and accelerate executive decision-making.
• Synthesize complex stakeholder information into clear, compelling, and actionable recommendations.
• Build complex financial models and develop high-stakes presentations.
• Partner with senior leaders using strong relationship-management and client-engagement skills.
• Mentor and eventually lead junior strategists supporting diverse business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally including significant experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving, rigorous analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Expert proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Understanding of market entry, competitive positioning, and growth acceleration frameworks.
• US citizenship and residence on the West Coast within the Pacific time zone are required.
