What you will do

• Manage a sales pipeline and sell consulting work against an annual target of $2-3M.
• Lead consulting projects to identify timelines, resources, and solutions for US Financial Institutions.
• Develop frameworks and recommendations to address client challenges in profitability and growth.
• Analyze large industry and hirify.global data sets to produce actionable insights for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Account Executives and Client Marketing for account planning.
• Build scalable toolkits and best practice documents for the VCA practice.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. applicant.
• 8+ years of relevant experience (with Bachelor's) or 5+ years (with Advanced degree).
• Experience at a large management consulting firm or US Financial Institution.
• Deep knowledge of payments, banking operations, and financial services.
• Strong analytical and quantitative background with a focus on impacting ROI.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and a technology-driven mindset.
