Principal - Corporate Strategy

Location: Hybrid in Mountain View, California, with 2–3 days per week in the Mountain View office

Base pay: $212,000–$287,000 annually in Mountain View, with potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Structure projects and develop work plans for high-priority corporate strategy initiatives, primarily focused on growth.
• Lead cross-functional strategy and business-unit teams conducting data-driven research and analysis.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop recommendations, and shape strategic decisions.
• Present strategic analyses, plans, and recommendations to C-suite executives, the CEO, Board of Directors, and business-unit leaders.
• Guide inclusive problem-solving sessions and set the intellectual agenda for the team.
• Coach and mentor junior team members while building relationships with senior business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a respected operating company’s strategy function; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams of direct reports on high-profile strategic efforts.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, project management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise recommendations for executive audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Ability to work hybrid, including 2–3 days per week in the Mountain View office.
