Content Designer (12 Month FTC)

Location: Edinburgh, United Kingdom. Hybrid working requires spending at least two days per week, or 40% of working time, at an office site.

Salary: £61,344–£68,160 per year.

What you will do

• Create engaging, readable, accessible content for digital customer experiences.
• Use research and customer insights to refine conversations across apps and websites.
• Own content design within an agile, multidisciplinary environment.
• Develop strategic approaches to tone of voice, content consistency, and connected customer journeys.
• Collaborate with product teams and help create success metrics.
• Share content expertise and demonstrate the impact of effective writing.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a UX writer, conversation designer, or content designer.
• Experience working in a complex environment, ideally in financial services.
• Ability to write concise, clear, consistent, on-brand content in multiple tones of voice and for different channels.
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders across product, risk, legal, and branding teams.
• Collaborative approach and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience using and collaborating in design platforms such as Figma.
