Content Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own and develop the content strategy with a focus on pipeline, lead conversion, revenue acceleration, and long-term brand building.
• Partner with Sales and GTM to identify buyer-journey gaps and create assets from awareness content to technical deal closers.
• Define hirify.global's editorial voice, tone, standards, and content production processes.
• Produce thought leadership, presentations, product specifications, technical blog posts, and scientific explainers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Science, and Leadership to ensure content is accurate and aligned with business priorities.
• Build hirify.global's presence across data centre, infrastructure, AI research, chemistry, and engineering communities, using analytics to improve distribution and performance.

Requirements

• Ability to independently devise and execute a content strategy that supports a GTM function and commercial growth.
• Experience working with Sales and GTM to create high-impact buyer-journey content.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills, including strong long-form examples.
• Proficiency with LLMs and content tools for efficient, rigorous execution at scale.
• Strong editorial judgment, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to understand complex topics quickly.
• Data-driven approach to content optimisation, performance measurement, and impact reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience in or affinity for deep tech, compute, energy, cooling, or industrial technology.
• Startup or early-stage company experience.
