Content Strategist (Investment Content)

Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom; at least four full days each week in the advertised office

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Strategy & Insights content pipeline, including planning, prioritization, tracking, and delivery.
• Coordinate publication, distribution, discoverability, and activation of approved investment content across internal and external channels.
• Align authors and global stakeholders across Marketing, Distribution, Product, Media Relations, Design, Compliance, and investment teams.
• Manage compliance submissions and act as the primary liaison between authors and compliance contacts.
• Lead the briefing, prioritization, and delivery of design and administrative support resources.
• Develop operating procedures, knowledge repositories, and process improvements that strengthen governance and commercial effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience in communications, content operations, marketing operations, project management, investment content production, financial services publishing, or a related field.
• Experience managing content calendars, publication pipelines, document repositories, project plans, and recurring stakeholder communications.
• Familiarity with compliance workflows for financial promotions, thought leadership, sales enablement, and client-facing investment materials.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, interpersonal, and project-management skills.
• High attention to detail with approvals, version control, deadlines, disclosures, and distribution instructions.

• Knowledge of asset management, investment research, client engagement, or professional investor content.
