What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic content plans aligned with business priorities, campaigns, market opportunities, messaging, and brand positioning.
• Create articles, case studies, white papers, videos, social media content, web content, webinars, and executive communications.
• Translate complex healthcare and business topics into engaging stories that support thought leadership and market differentiation.
• Use AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve personalization, workflow efficiency, scalability, and content production.
• Lead editorial calendars, flagship content initiatives, internal communication channels, and the weekly newsletter.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, agencies, and content contributors while monitoring performance through analytics and KPIs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required; an MBA is an advantage.
• 5+ years of content marketing experience with a record of improving brand awareness, audience engagement, and business results.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in matrixed, multicultural, and international environments.
• Experience managing multiple content initiatives, agencies, and end-to-end content production processes.
• Proficiency with content management systems such as AEM, WordPress, or SharePoint, and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• MBA.
