Content Manager (Industrial AI)

Location: London, England; hybrid

Salary: £55,000–£70,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead high-impact content production across LinkedIn, technical articles, culture blogs, webinars, and newsletters.
• Build repeatable briefing, drafting, review, publication, and content-reuse workflows using AI tools efficiently.
• Own distribution by selecting channels, formats, and audiences, then adapting content based on performance data.
• Co-author the content calendar around customer milestones, product launches, industry events, and policy moments.
• Support sales content such as case studies, customer stories, and technical proof points.
• Partner with Sales, Product, People, Engineering, and senior technical contributors to develop accurate, relevant content.

Requirements

• Experience owning content production across multiple formats or channels, with measurable impact on reach, engagement, credibility, inbound interest, or audience growth.
• Experience building content calendars, repeatable formats, and distribution loops that support top-of-funnel growth.
• Ability to understand complex technical topics and communicate them clearly.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills, strong editorial judgement, and confidence using AI to execute efficiently at scale.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Visual literacy and the ability to brief creative work, maintain brand standards, and guide freelancers or teammates.

Nice to have

• Experience or genuine interest in deep tech, energy-intensive industries, or industrial technology.
• Experience working at a startup or early-stage company.
• Experience with Canva, HubSpot, Sanity, Claude, Figma, and emerging technologies.
