Application Analyst - Privacy Tech Stack

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona; office attendance in Poblenou is required two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays. Candidates must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

Salary: €38,946–€47,207 first-year annual salary in the greater Barcelona area, plus a performance-based long-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain privacy platform workflows, assessments, consent management, DSAR automation, and reporting.
• Manage consent and marketing preference integrations with Marketing, Legal, and Engineering.
• Own APIs, authentication, webhooks, error handling, monitoring, and integrations with hirify.global systems.
• Maintain RoPA and data maps, validate data inventories, and onboard new data sources.
• Lead integration projects from design through go-live and support privacy and security incident response.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for DSAR intake, documentation, RoPA maintenance, and vendor ticket handling with human review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of SaaS platform administration experience, including moderately complex project leadership.
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise privacy management platform covering consent management, DSAR automation, or data discovery.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth or API keys, webhooks, integration troubleshooting, SaaS environments, and change management.
• Strong independent problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Practical experience using AI and LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to automate workflows or accelerate troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Privacy platform certifications such as OneTrust, Ketch, DataGrail, or TrustArc.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud fundamentals certifications.
• GDPR/CCPA awareness, Python or JavaScript scripting, and IAM/SSO knowledge.
• Experience with AI coding tools, direct LLM API integrations, or AI governance frameworks.
