IT Engineer (AI): Automating Lovable’s IT operations in Stockholm by building production-grade AI agents and self-service workflows for identity, devices, SaaS, networking, and access management with an accent on zero-trust security and operational efficiency. Focus on designing automated onboarding, provisioning, device recovery, and access workflows while maintaining auditability, least privilege, DNS, email deliverability, and domain operations.

What you will do
- Optimize identity, device management, SaaS, networking, and access review operations.
- Build production-grade AI agents to automate tier-1 and tier-2 IT requests, including onboarding, access management, lost devices, and application provisioning.
- Replace manual runbooks with automated workflows and self-service tooling.
- Partner with Security and GRC to establish least-privilege access and auditability.
- Configure integrations, templates, and default tooling that support AI-native work and faster onboarding.
- Manage DNS records, email deliverability, and company domains.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, corporate engineering, or platform IT at a high-growth technology company.
- Hands-on experience with identity, MDM, SaaS lifecycle management, and zero-trust networking, including Okta or Entra, Jamf, Intune or Kandji, Tailscale or Cloudflare, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to write and deploy production code in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience with AI agents and LLM tooling, including function calling, MCP, or internal copilots.
- Fluent English is required, as English is the company language.
